TECHNIQUES AND INKS WE OFFER!

PLASTISOL

Plastisol ink is one of the most commonly used inks in screen printing. It will show up easily on all garments, even the darkest ones providing you with a bright image for years. We offer a wide selections of colors as well as custom pantone ink matching.

4 COLOR/SIMULATED PROCESS

This is a technique of printing a full-color image or photograph using halftones of only 4 ink colors (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black or CMYK). This type of printing works best on white or lighter colored shirts since the CMYK inks tend to pick up the hue of the shirt.

A simulated process is recommended for printing full color images on dark colored shirts. Essentially the same process but it does not require a CMYK method of printing.

REFLECTIVE

Reflective ink has the ability to reflect once a light source is aimed at the printed logo. When not being hit by a light it looks like a medium gray ink. It is normally used for safety/work shirts.

GLOW IN THE DARK

Glow in the dark ink is used only on top of a white or colored ink and gives your logo a great enhancement when under a black light or in the dark.

OUR MINIMUM

NEON

Neon inks add a great fluorescent vibrant touch to any logo. These are used on top of white ink. We have blue, yellow, orange, green and red inks in house.

METALLIC

Metallic ink is ink that contains metallic particles to create a shimmery look. It is a great alternative if you are looking for a foil or glitter print.
